Every time I come here, no matter the time of day, it's always so slow. Sometimes it can take at least 30 min before I get my... frap. There aren't enough employees for the volume of customers. That's extremely poor management. Employees look completelyoverworked, even though they have never been unfriendly to me even through the rush and craziness. I expect better frommanagement. Read more
Probably the most understaffed Starbucks I've been to in any country for the volume of customers. It is terrible for the... wonderful defeated employees that work here. Took 30 minutes just to get a cup of coffee and there's a terrible line of peoplewaiting patiently both for mobile orders and for regular orders. I just want to say the staff here are very friendly and their taste of music is amazing I get to sit here for the whole evening... and listening to jazz and bossa nova from 1960-1980. Julie London?s fly me to the moon is fabulous as always :) Read more
Good place for a coffee or to meet someone. This coffee shop is located just south of 417 on the Northwest corner of Narcoosee... road and Vickrey place. It is at the south end of a set of 4 stores. The drive-through requires you to drive around the entirebuilding. As with many Starbucks locations, there is parking all around the large building and beyond due to it being adjacentto a larger parking lot that supports Lowe?s. There is only a limited number of parking spaces directly in front of the storeand the store seems fairly popular due to how busy it was when I visited. The traffic was not bad and it was easy to find andnavigate the first time I visited. Both the outside and the inside areas were clean. The outside area is about 6 tables under ashaded area in front of the entrance with bicycle parking in front of that. The inside is a mix of low and high tables that eachseems to seat about 4 people. It was the usual pleasant Starbucks atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the prices wereconsistent with other stores. Overall, it was a very nice experience that I would recommend for someone looking for a good cupof coffee in a nice place. Read more

One star for the amazing employees! Everything else is a complete disaster. Drive thru line is extremely slow and long. And... the worst design known to man. Doesn?t matter the time, nor day. At least 20 minutes and sometimes more often than not 30plusminutes wait. If you do a mobile order- order 30 minutes in advance. There is never parking and you have to park at ABC andrisk being yelled at by their employees. They are understaffed and completely overrun with orders. Drinks are madecarelessly. It?s either management problem or corporate. Or perhaps both. Avoid at all costs. Read more
