I'm a regular at this location, and let me say, they are always very busy. Tourist location. This staff is by far one of the... best ones. There might be a mistake every now and then, but we all have our rough days - but even with that, I'm alwayssatisfied with my drinks. If there is a mistake, I always ask if they could kindly fix it, and they never mind. Let me saythough, I've observed some pretty nasty customers at this location. Worst Starbucks experience I've had in many many years. The place was dirty and no one seemed to care. The trash wasn't just... overflowing, it looked like it hadn't been taken out in days. Frankly is was disgusting. The service was slow an incompetent.The place is LGBTQ friendly which is nice, but their incompetence was too much. They prioritize the drive thru and ignore mobileorders or the people inside. It took 25 minutes to get our order. People were cancelling orders left and right. Today I was in a real hurry so I made my mobile order to just grab my coffee and run, but it seems a stumbled upon a moody... barista. Not only was not topped up, but it was also the wrong drink. I asked for a pumpkin spice latte and I received a ?shot.Let me make myself clear about something very important when it comes to coffee: Starbucks without sugar is downright horrible.If I want to taste espresso directly without any flavors, trust me, Starbucks is not even in the list to go to us I much rathergo to Foxtail coffee or any other specialized small coffee company before even thinking in Starbucks.
