The service here is worth zero stars. I?ve never seen any staff of a Starbucks treat people like this. The young Caucasian... gentleman who worked today looks like someone is forcing him to work at this establishment. Someone please get him a course oncustomer service, he never smiles and attitude is very poor. This is the 20th time he?s served me and always has the same lousyattitude. The quality of the staff has gone way down. The last few times that I have gone, the girl that calls your name says it so... quietly that you don't even hear (and this is when it's quiet). Then when I try to find my drink and ask, I can't understandbecause it is quietly mumbled in heavily accented English - which may as well be Spanish. The girls are also never smiling andact like they want to slit their wrists. On top of it, the last two times they did not give me butter or a knife with my buttercroissant, which is standard and I've always received - so now I can't even eat before my meeting. They may as well just throwthe coffee and croissant at me the way they perform their service. I picked up drinks and breakfast here yesterday morning to bring back to our room, super convenient since it was in our hotel... lobby. Both of the young ladies working yesterday delivered first class service and a flawless experience. They recommended andaltered beverage recipes to fit my taste preferences and my daughters allergies. When I ordered a drink they were out of, mycashier was able to probe my likes with a few questions and recommend I try something new, and I am COMPLETELY sold on it.
