At 8 AM pastry case was still empty. I ordered a caramel macchiato with one less pump of vanilla and got a latte with Splenda... and no taste. I?m not sure there was espresso in it. I ordered another drink with 2 decaf and one regular shot of espresso andwas told they couldn?t tell the computer register how to do that. Then they had a conference and said they would make it. I gota tall latte with 3 decaf shots. I had to have them remake my tall caramel macchiato twice to get 2 decaf and one regular shotof espresso with one less pump of vanilla. Read more

blonde girl with glasses refused to give me a sandwich that we paid for. Heading to universal and I ordered 4 sandwiches and... one was missing so I went back in and got the missing one. I know this stuff happens so I was very understanding. I told theblonde girl with glasses and she didn?t believe that I was missing a sandwich. I told her I would show her the receipt andbefore I even got the chance she walked off and never came back. Went to the restroom and made eye contact with me and nevercame back from the back room. I spoke to the male making the drinks and he ignored me. I then spoke to the cashier and she wasvery kind and immediately popped the sandwich in the oven and apologized. I then asked the blonde girl with glasses why shewalked off and let me wait and she verbally said and confirmed that she didn?t believe me. She made me wait 20 minutes and Iasked the cashier and the sandwich was ready in probably 3 minutes. Working in customer service i know how you can run into badclients, guests etc. But it?s another thing to just refuse to help a customer that is waiting for their food that has alreadybeen paid for just because they don?t feel like it.
