Update: Manager said she will not be refunding me because apparently I lied. Why would I take time out of my day for multiple... days for $17 I wanted one sandwich refunded. Her employees were the ones that messed up and I could have just gone to my bankbut instead called them to notify maybe they could have spoken to their employees to do something differently. Instead I'm theone that apparently needs to get checked. In such a rush to make a sandwich incorrect. When I called to notify they said theywere busy and that's why it was made incorrect but literally there was no one in the store when I went to order. They asked mewhich sandwich it was twice and still managed to make the wrong one. They charged me before the food was even done toasting andwhen asked my toppings one of the sandwiches had avocados but I was already charged so then they notified me it would be extrawhich was no problem but they barely put any avocados on it im sure because they didn't charge me they didn't want to put a lotof it. Such a rush to charge me the wrong thing also but not in a rush to refund me. All you can offer is for me to drive 30minutes back so you can remake the sandwich oh and let's not forget they wanted me to take the sandwich back. Read more
Super upset! We placed a pick up online order. My husband arrived at the pick up time, one person working and no one there. The... worker then started on the pickup before ours. He was texting with me and didn't watch the full process but my sub had no cheesethat I asked for, barley any meat, and not toasted. My husband's wasn't toasted either. I usually love subway but the last fewtimes I have gone to this one, it's been horrible. I have more lettuce and pickles than meat! Very disappointing:( Read more
