Placed an order online for my son and gave him confirmation number and name and they refused to give order to my son. I called... the restaurant 6 times and they will pick up and hung up the call. Ive ordered here multiple times... never once had cheese on my sandwich. Decided to call tonight November 5th 2022 at 2am and... see why... They answered "subway how can i help you?" So i then replied "do you put cheese on your sandwiches?" They immediatelyhung up. Im so confused and mad at the same time. I just dont understand how the people that work here are working here.... Areyou hiring because, my god i would be the best employee this store has ever seen. I can read, and i follow simpledirections. The two male workers did nothing after notifying them that the women's restroom was filthy, ran out of toilet paper, and the... toilet looked like it might overflow if I flushed the previous person's mess. If you go there past 9 pm, it?s a bunch of toothless hillbilly?s with no sense of urgency. They do a forced machine restart... every 45 minutes telling you that they can?t take any orders or DoorDash orders, so that they can go outside and smokecigarettes. I know this because I live off Orange and work late hours, so the options are limited to this and Wawa, and this isthe 5th time I?ve heard this excuse.
