I hired this food truck to provide sweet crepes for an employee appreciation event for my company near the holidays. We had 4... dessert-style food trucks we were looking into and went with this one because people were most excited about hot, fresh crepes.Leading up to the event we had decent communication, paid half of the invoice ahead of time, nothing out of the ordinary. I have2 buildings they needed to serve and they let me know ahead of time that they would need time in between buildings to set upagain. No problem. The day of the event, I was expecting them to arrive 30 min ahead because they said they needed 20 min toset up between buildings, but they caught me by surprise and arrived an hour before the event. I stood by and observed that itdid indeed take them about 20 min to set up their stand, but then they used the extra time to start making crepes and layingthem out in advance. By the time the first round of employees arrived, the crepes had been sitting out for about 15 min. If youhave had a crepe before in your life, you know this is too long for them to remain hot. The crepes served were lukewarm, whichmeant they were not that great. When it got close to the time to go to the next building, they had preemptively stopped makingnew crepes. Some employees came out and wanted flavors that were not ready-made on the serving table. I saw that the crepeworkers tried to push the ready-made crepes and Lisa seemed annoyed when employees requested a crepe from the menu I had askedfor and she had agreed to! This is especially egregious because she charged me extra to have as many options as wedid. Learning from my mistake the at the first building, once they set up the truck at the next building and I saw they hadstarted putting out fresh, HOT crepes, I let the employees know right away.
