I ordered the loaded cheese steak fries. The fries were undercooked. It was an overall soggy mess. I also watched the staff... while they were preparing the food. There are several who don't understand how gloves work or how cross contamination happens.Please give them better training on food handling and how to properly use gloves. Read more
