Took 35 mins for a simple 2 person mobile order, wasn?t acknowledged until after 15 mins of waiting at the counter, and then I... was accused of trying to steal my order because I didn?t know exactly what my girlfriend had ordered in addition to my meal eventhough I provided my full name on the order. I normally don?t take my time to write a review, but this place has poor service got a baked potato with a hair in it which I... didn?t make a big deal about kindly asked for them to make me a new one in u see ten seconds they gave me another one not evencooked barely any bacon on it literally two pieces compared to the one with a hair in it which was a normal loaded bakers. Mydaughters fries were cold as well. Maybe they are playing a trick since it?s Halloween who knows. Oh let me just add this in asI?m writing this review my daughter finds another hair in her frosty. I go here at least three times a week since I start work at 730 am. I used to do mobile ordering as it was quick at first. one... day i was in a rush so i order ahead of time (10-15 minutes) i get there and the lady tells me they aren't accepting any ordersas system is down. I ask when the system will be up she responded "i don't know" I asked for a refund as I am not going to comeback and i was told no. I came back during lunch spoke to a manager and got myself a meal that equalled what i paid as wasfair. Two weeks later, i come back to give another chance and their system is down. Again. I am not coming back ever again. Itseems like there are so many problems with the place and the workers there I just dont want to go anymore. Read more
This is by far the slowest service I?ve ever experienced at a Wendy?s. I?ve got multiple times when I?m one of the only... customers and it takes 20 minutes to get your food. If your in the drive through you sit at the menu and nobody greets you. Thenwhen your at the window your waiting again. Awful service Read more
