The worst customer service in the history of customer service! I would recommend finding a different wing restaurant and going... there. You could show them good customer service and they wouldn?t even know what that is. When you get there they always tellyou that your food is never ready no matter how long ago you ordered. How are you telling me that my food that I ordered over anhour ago was not ready even though there?s not a single soul inside your restaurant and I see employees just sitting heretwiddling their thumbs? Then I have to wait 20 more minutes just for them to tell me that the foods been ready and sittingthere for the past 5-10 minutes but nobody bothered to notify me that my food was ready! The few times that I have gone in thereto actually pick up a customers food for Uber eats they basically tell you you have to wait and the wait times are over 30minutes. That?s my money being flushed down the drain right there. I will never come back to this place ever again! save yourtime and your money because there are places that are cheaper than this and the customer service and the quality of food is muchbetter.
