This is by far the worse Zaza. From the customer service to the service. Every time I go there, giving them the benefit of the... doubt that it will be better . They give me the wrong food or missing something from my order. Today was the straw, my sonordered a bacon and cheese, when he took a bite there was an eye lash. When he returned it they took it back and they laughed. I addressed it with one of the servers and requested a refund. He didn?t want a replacement so the manager gave me a refund. Noapology or acknowledgment regarding the incident was made by manager. This was enough for me to never return there!!!! Read more

What a terrible experience, terrible quality, never going back again! My first time visiting this place on Curry Ford Rd.... Saturday morning, I ordered a $12.00 Cuban sandwich, croquetas, café con leche and a guava pastelito. The place wasn?t t thatfull, however it took 40 min for my sandwich to be served. Coffee was delicious but cold by the time sandwich arrived. Greasyfries accompanied the the almost meatless cuban, what a disgrace. (see pic below) Zaza?s founders would?ve cringed at the siteof the sandwich they took pride in serving. Croquetas were fried in old oil which made them dark. Dough on paselito was undercooked couldn?t even eat it thinking it would upset my stomach. $30.00 on a breakfast, just waisted. NEVER AGAIN! Read more

Good food, nice people but TERRIBLE service. There almost always seems to be something wrong with my food. About half of the... time my order comes out with wrong or missing items. During this last time, I was walking by and saw only 2 people eatinginside. I thought there is no way they can mess it up this time?wrong. After ordering I waited an unusually long amount oftime. I decided to check the status and found out my order had been ready for a while. They forgot that I ordered (and what Iordered) and I got a lukewarm sandwich for lunch. Fun. Be sure to double check your order before leaving, it will save you aheadache. Edit: The review feedback must be from a robot because every negative review gets the following response: "We aresorry to hear this was your experience and will work hard to earn 5-stars on your next visit." Don't believe me? Take a lookfor yourself... Read more
