I worked here for 3 months and ate here for about 2 years. They have much more options than other timhortons in the area and are... generally pretty fast compared to ones around it. The turnover rate is huge and the wide variety of drinks means thatinconsistencies are inevitable and often. Read more

good lord this place is horrible, i'd give it 0 stars if i could. when i put instructions in my order saying "DON'T SUBSTITUTE,... CANCEL INSTEAD", i mean DON'T SUBSTITUTE, CANCEL INSTEAD! more than half of the time i can't even eat whatever substitutes theythrow in there because of my allergies. the least they could do is contact me. you need to step up your customer service,because as a customer service worker, this is horrible. Its a fine place just as any Tim's but I feel we have things a bit backwards when I comes to the amount of emotions in this... world. If you're under staffed, have ppl come into the store...not have us idling for almost 10mins each car.
