Absolutely heartbroken to be leaving one star. This place has been our family tradition most of my life. The food is still good... and I wouldn?t even be upset that the prices have doubled but the absence of customer service will make it difficult for us toreturn. Half of the tables in the restaurant were covered in dirty dishes stacked from multiple people consolidating them tohave a place to sit. Every time we come we are a large party and it took us 20 minutes to order and receive our drinks while 15people waited behind us because we can?t get a pitcher anymore. The pizza took 2 hours and we had to stand in line most of ourmeal (15-20 minutes at a time). I?m so disappointed and I hope the owners can bring this place back to what it used to be. Read more

Not worth the time or wait. It?s sad because I will say this is one of best pizzas in Tucson, AZ when it?s cooked properly.... Getting a proper pie is a coin toss here and on the weekends you?ll be waiting 60-90 minutes minimum for carry outs. Read more
It was our first time to eat here. Most places acknowledge your presence and welcome you in. The staff members were very dry and... not friendly even after informing them it was our first time. The atmosphere was dark and dreary, the fountain in the center isnice but doesn't give space between tables. The food was delicious, however I'm glad our food was made before the person who wasmaking the pizza touched cash with same gloves he was wearing to cook. Disposable gloves are meant to be disposed of when movingbetween handling food and money or other things, and hands should be washed every time in transition as well.
