The employees are always very nice and patient. I always have a extra large orders and they help me help them keep it straight.
This Subway offers the best customer service. I am not from Orville but the employees are super friendly. Very respectful and... you can tell everyone gets treated like family. We had one poor experience after another at this Oroville, CA location. If you get someone friendly or competent to help you,... that is a miracle in itself. Another miracle would be to get your order made correctly and then the pièce de résistance is thehair you will find in your food. We gave them 2 stars for the few times we received our orders correctly made, sans employee'shair.
