Constantly messed up orders, even through ordering the app. Prime example, they will stick the order sticker for a HOT latte on... the side of a COLD CUP and make it an ICED latte because apparently reading isn't the strongest ability. ???? Donuts are alwayswrong. They constantly forget food items, even one time the girl told me "Oh we are out of that." And just expected me to driveaway even though I already had even paid for everything. Like hunny either refund me or give me something else of same value.???????????????? Cold food!!! I have gotten a maple bacon sandwich, snacking bacon, and hashbrowns 6 times since opening. Everything has been... cold every single time. Not even warm, COLD!!! I asked them to make sure my food was warm this morning and they told me thatthe snacking bacon was always cold... but they would make sure everything else was warm... I don't know if the their staff needs retrained or managers need to pay more attention to how their employees are making the... drinks. I order the same drink every time but not once has it tasted the same. The drink I order is supposed to be hot, however,1 out of the last 4 times I ordered has it actually been hot. Then there's a cup size issue as well. 4 times in a row I haveordered the same large hot drink and have received 2 different sizes. Next day edit: ordered 2 hot drinks, both were ordered atthe same time, both were served at the same time, however, one was perfect, no issues, the second one was only Luke warm at bestand not all the ingredients were mixed together as they should have been. Edit number 2.... seriously considering not orderingfrom this place again. Ordered 2 drinks and 4 wraps. Both drinks did not have the flavor I ordered, one drink was only abouthalf full. When I took them back to the counter I was told the one that wasn't full was supposed to be like that because it'ssupposed to be mostly foam and the guy who made them told me there wasn't anything wrong with my drinks because he made themhimself but would remake them this time for me. The wraps were also made wrong, I ordered regular wraps but ended up withpancake wraps. I know this store just opened but the service is terrible. They gave me cold food and told me that's how it's supposed to be,... then reheated the bacon and it was burnt.
