We had 1 waitress for the entire cafe and bar. Wings were rubbery and uncooked. I wouldn?t eat the first order of wings so they... brought out more, they were worse than the first order. ????. Waitress was very nice and explained that they parboil before deepfry which explains everything. They could be the #1 spot in town but they have bratty help, if that?s what you want to call it,that doesn?t want to do what they?re told. 2 stars because I know what the waitress is dealing with or it would be 1. Icompletely understand why the Mexican restaurant in Orville is always busy they bust their butts and have excellent service. Read more
Food was GREAT! Although we had a group of 11 people, service was top notch. Would definitely eat at Jerry's again!!!
Service is very slow or non existent. ???? There is never a bartender . Only a few servers. Needs some serious changes . They... either mess up your order , forget to put your order in or walk by u numerous times and never wait on u. Used to be one of myfavorite places to gather with friends etc. Read more
Fun atmosphere, the patio upgrade is nice. Food is average and they have a decent beer selection, but service is notoriously... slow. Don't plan for a quick stop if you come here, and there's always a mixup if you have separate checks. Read more
