This is the second time I have tried getting take-away at this location between 8pm -9pm. First time wait was over 15 minutes,... this time was exactly 28 minutes. First time, they got my order wrong and the fries tasted a few hours old, like they had beenunder the warmer. This time all my food was right, but the fries still not fresh and my burgers were charred/ dried out. I'mnot sure, but seems like lack of leadership and staffing at this location. I have not had the pleasure of having an order the way I order. I cannot remember when the last time was that I actually... received my order and the whole order was correct. I am disgusted with Orrville Store especially. Think, you get to work and nothave to worry about a swing shift anymore, get a little cash to further your education, discount for your meals and you get paidsubstantially more than you did 3 years ago...and still my order is trashed. I order online and nope! These people insist onsmothering my food with cheese... reading, hearing and customer service are a complete sham, and instead of working with you tomake things right quite a few employees will actually get verbally abusive rather quickly and you probably won't get the orderfixed either since they have resorted to not giving you a receipt so it's hard to prove unless you whip around the parking lotand park quickly making sure to take every little part of your meal inside with you to file a gripe. Orrville gets two thumbsdown period! Service is a direct reflection of shotty management and business practice in the this establishment! Read more
