I at least gave 2 stars because the Smoothies were great....but customer service is lacking. When I walked in, 3 ladies were... there, no one greeted me or asked "how can I help you". one girl walked up to the register but I assumed she was talking to thedrive-thru. I eventually placed my order. Once the smoothies were ready the other girl just sat them on the counter. I had noidea if they were for me or another customer. I finally said "are these mine" and she said "I thought you knew". C'mon people.Nothing clarifies better than clarity. An inch of customer service goes a long way for your business. Read more
I was really bummed about the lid fell off and lost my triple berry oat Food and service is good. There app sucks
Showed up at 10am on a Sunday and no one answered the drive thru. Then proceeded to the window. No answer again. Called the... restaurant and they said the were all just showing up and not serving anything yet. I understand staff shortages but it kind ofseemed like everyone was just late to work.
