We stopped at Cones and Characters while visiting Oshawa and this place was excellent! Huge portions of great tasting ice cream... with tons of toppings to choose from and a really helpful and friendly guy at the front counter. We came for the icecream and our daughter came for the mascots. My wife follows them on social media and found out when they... were in-store. What a wonderful place!
