The customer service was poor. I asked the employee (a young south asian guy) for extra ketchup at the drive thru. He told me... to remind him when i was at the window. I reminded the employee and he just shook his head and handed me the bag. I purchased 4orders and only receive 4 single ketchup after asking for extra. This place for one customer service is just not apart of both manger and employee actions to their customers. So it leads me to... think that the employees follow what they see their manners do smh Also it?s amazing to hear when asked a customer it seemslike drive thur is first priority and the front of store means nothing to them the customer answer was yes. The lady said it?salways like this and the customer inside needs to wait. So you see this location it?s owner needs to improve the customerservice in the front of the store by having managers lead by example.
