I went to this location yesterday & will sadly not be returning due to this horrible experience. I am a vegetarian, but I still... like to eat plant based meats. I ordered the plant based chick?n sandwich, something I have had many times at other locations,it delicious & tastes/feels like the real deal. It visibly said on the receipt what I had ordered, yet the cook was notattentive enough to read the order as so and gave me real chicken. I did not even realize until I had eaten half of thesandwich. I am thoroughly unimpressed with the negligence of the staff at this establishment. There are many people who arevegetarian in todays society & you would think that because this is on the menu that it would be more on your radar. Im only the type of person to leave reviews when something really impresses me or I have a bad encounter and let me tell you!! I... work beside pizza pizza so this is an easy lunch/dinner choice for me, they have always been soooo nice, quick and friendly.Theres a man who works with darker hair super nice! Then I believe its the owner, older man so bubbly and nice the girls inthere so nice and the younger male staff too! all around great people. Staff is slow, I ordered panzorrtis from here twice, both orders took 30 mins, went to the king st location by the oshawa... clinic, took half the time and tasted better. They actually followed my instructions too, baked not fried, this location willfry it anyways Read more
