Every time I come here the pike is either luke warm or cold.. I don't understand how a coffee shop continuously serves the one... thing it's known for cold.. while the Tim's a 1 min walk across is piping hot all the time. This Starbucks branch has some racist staff. My wife and I stopped by here on a business trip to Ottawa to get a quick... breakfast. We were nothing but cordial but they messed with our food/order anyway. The cashier intentionally didn?t get ournames either ? they did for everybody else. As an instructor at a Toronto college, I found their behaviour frustrating andhighly discriminatory. I hope Starbucks management can look into this as I?m sure it doesn?t reflect their company values. Read more
