I am currently healing from a major surgery and I am not yet able to go to a restaurant or cook a big meal for my grown children... and their spouses - something I have really been missing. We decided to order carry-out from your restaurant (two large pans, alarge salad, and extra bread sticks). On-line ordering was easy even for a couple of Boomers. I can't count how many times I have been to Olive Garden and I have never had as amazing an experience as I did today. Our... waiter was super nice and friendly. He went over the top to make our experience great! The food was delicious as always andthere was almost no wait for the food. Unfortunately, the restaurant is severely short-staffed and even with many open tables we sat waiting for at least 20 minutes on... a Monday at 3:30pm. Other than that, the food was delicious. Our server had a majority of the tables in our section and we sawher rarely. They're getting it done with what they have, but I tend to assume poor management has something to do with a placebeing that short-staffed. Hopefully something changes. We love their food! Read more
