Hard-working sole-proprietor trying to make it work with an old grill setup inside what is, now, a large, older, \"rural\"... convenience store/gas station. She cares about taste and flavor, and will make whatever you want with what she has. Mini-burgerfor $3 was substantial for the price, and was very good (she uses fresh ground-round). I decided to stop by for lunch one Saturday. There was no line while the lady serving us was really social and nice to talk to.... She showed us the menu and explained everything I asked about the ingredients in various dishes. We waited a short amount oftime before our food was ready.
