I love caribou but this location is actually the worst. Always takes over 7 minutes for two drinks for me and my husband, and... our sandwiches are never hot. We go to this location a lot because it?s on the way for us but it?s always so bad. The workersare friendly but I?m sorry they are not good at their job. Today we waited for 10 min, paid $7 for each coffee and they forgotto add the syrups. And the sandwiches were not hot again. Do better. Read more

Sometimes it white, sometimes it?s caramel colored and sometimes it?s black! Today I got a free large hotchocolate for my birthday, the girls were super nice and wished me a happy birthday and then gave me a cup that was half empty ?ugh. It?s a shame because this Otsego location is so close to my house and on the way to everything but at this rate I?d ratherdrive to a further one to make sure it?s correct. Read more
