Great Customer Experience, the staff there is wonderful ESPECIALLY Crispy she was the sweetest waitress and made our entire... Day. Great food and sushi. Nice atmosphere. Sushi is very tasty and always made fresh. My favorite sushi spot in Ottawa, Theirspecialty rolls are the greatest choice. Service was spectacular. A must if you like sushi. Read more
I have been to Bambu a few times and I am impressed by a few things. For starters, I was never a fan of sushi until I had their... orange dragon roll - it?s truly one of the best items on their menu. The service here is excellent and staff are a goldenstandard - kind, respectful, and funny. The only thing I would note down here is that there is a lack of consistency with thequality of rolls. Some rolls aren?t tight enough and tend to open, making it difficult to eat. It?s never been a bad experiencein terms of flavour and taste, but it?s not always ?amazing?. I get a lot out of a restaurant by the condition of it's wash room. Although I think it can be improved I would say this is one... of the cleanest. That is the only closely negative thing I can say. Secondly the service with the waiter I have was excellent.Most importantly all the food choices I had is more than excellent. Even the sushi is better then on sushi places I had. Almostdid not want to give a rating to this restaurant because didn't want others to find out about this good location and for it toget too crowded. It's a great restaurant and I highly recommend it. I ordered takeout from here today. The food overall was ok, didn't like the General Tao chicken, had a very greasy taste and... very stringy meat due to overcooking. Although sushi in particular was really good. Was greeted and got help throughout theordering process. Read more
