It's always a great experience, the portions are generous and the employees are professionals. I was surprised that one of the... employees remembered my order. It's a disaster everytime you order from here. I use uber eats and their own app,regardless they have trouble understanding the... order and keep changing their ways. Called manager and asked for correction and all I got was counter argument with fake'sorry'. No attempts or offers were made to rectify the mistake either. This was my last order from this store! They made me pay $20 bucks for one burrito, it was supposed to be 2. I call them directly, ask them to honor the obvious order,... they refused. even after I made it clear they'd lose my business for good. nothing. over $8, you lose a customer that's orderedabout 8 times.
