Bad customer service. Super unfriendly and unhelpful. My 1 year old son was having an allergic reaction so we asked the manager... just for some hot water and he refused. We were desperate at that minute. He said it wasn?t in their policy to help us withthat. We then went to the Starbucks across from this place. They were super busy but gave us the hot water right away so wecould mix it with milk for the baby and didn?t ask a single question. Read more
