Placed an order one month ahead IN person. Found out at the day of, they didn?t make the cake. They sent me to a different... location to check MYSELF! No cake could be found. I am ok without a special cake but not the birthday kid ?.. so ? lessonlearned ? never again ! Read more
Cake was great and easy to purchase but terrible customer service. Completely ignored when picking up my order at the specific... time . If they had a designated space for pickups that might help customers feel like they are being considerate. Read more
They gave me the scoop of ice cream already melted. I had to swallow the ice cream so I wouldn't do a mess instead of enjoying... it. The lady told me they just did the ice cream, but they should warn people first. Not cool Read more
