I'm a regualar at this Pizza Pizza and the staff remembers my usual order, which is nice. Friendly staff always sporting smiles.... The dining area is completely surrounded by windows and gets quite heated in the afternoon. But that's not stopping me fromreturning next week. Read more
incredibly unprofessional that they can arbitrarily decide the order is ?not time guaranteed? because they are busy. Do NOT... accept the order then. Overall this place isn't bad. I've ordered from them a few times, and it's been OK pizza... it's been what you expect from a... place that mass produces pizza. Nothing special, but nothing bad. That's not why it got a low rating though. I ordered fromthem recently, and I had an item missing. No problem, I just requested a refund. But nope, they don't refund items... odd, youtook my money without giving me the item, I shouldn't have to pay for something you didn't give me. When I spoke to customerservice and the specific stores supervisor. They were so dismissive and rude. They seem to not care if anything is wrong. Whenthey finally said they would send me another, I asked them to make sure the driver is not paying his own gas money for a secondtrip because someone else made a mistake. This was a missing item in a tied bag. The driver didn't leave it on the counter. Thepackaging was done wrong and he grabbed everything supplied. This was not a problem by the driver. But when I spoke to thesupervisor about this, he didn't care that an item was missing or that the driver had to use his own gas money on a mistake thatwas not his fault. Read more
Manager was obnoxiously rude delivering my pizza when I didn?t hear the total correctly? and had his music blasting on his phone... when I answered the door. Robertson road pizza pizza has better tasting pizza and great customer service try there instead nexttime for a better experience. This location really needs a reality check, and learn that their customers are humans too. Alsopayed for 3 dips and there was only two in the bag. Read more

This pizza pizza place is the worse place ever. I live close there and ordered many times, every time they do something wrong... with the pizza sometimes crust, sauce, toppings, etc. Yesterday i asked them for whole wheat thick crust, they made regularcrust, i asked for pesto sauce which was very less even there was no taste, not enough chicken on the pizza, we had ate only 2slices and was not able to eat it ,worst pizza ever. I went to the store, talked to the guy, the guy was so rude, he didn?t knowhow to do talk with the customer. I asked him to make it again please and he said no we can?t make it, that?s how they deal withcustomer. I told him even last time they made my pizza wrong but still ?.Wow great customer service.
