I used to go here pretty often since it first opened. I feel the quality has gone down now. The price is now $15 after tax for... single flavour. Also, it is a hit or miss on the amount of food you get. The last few times I have received tiny portions(perhaps due to new employees). Also, as someone who doesn't get both sauces, I normally would be offered an extra topping (7instead of 6). But the last few times I went, the employees said I couldn't get anymore. Read more
The best place to have food in Rideau centre. It was my first visit to Ottawa and really liked this place. The portion size was... generous and the taste was awesome. Took the take away boxes yesterday. We had no plans to pick up food from the mall but whenwe saw them making it, we couldn't resist. Will definitely miss it in Brampton. Read more
Placed an order through Uber Eats and went to pick it up only to be told by the worker (I think he was the manager) that he gave... the order to someone else. He then refused to remake the order and said that it wasn?t his problem and to take it up with Uber.I was appalled, Ive never experience such horrible customer service. Mind you, we came to pick up the order an hour and a halfafter it was placed, it?s not like we came 5 hours later. This guy needs some training, you absolutely cannot treat customerslike that. What a good experience we had. First the food was fresh. I love the idea of ha ing a choice for dressing, options for items in... your salad or quinoa bowl and of course flavor for the chicken. I was so excited I forgot I can only add 6 items, but the guygave me an extra for free. The chicken was very tender and flavorful.
