Overrated , ordered the original chicken sandwich , the sandwich is very small , if your looking to feel full after your meal... don?t eat here , fries had zero salt , an they came soggy, but, the worst part about my whole order was the mac an cheese , theyliterally gave me cooked elbow noodles with grated cheesed on top horrible exuse for mac an cheese , so I paid $20 for a smallsandwich soggy unsalted fries, and some boiled noodles with cheesed sprinkled on top Read more

Extremely unimpressed. We ordered from here through UE for the first time today. Everything was soggy, fried chicken, fries all... soft and damp. Coleslaw was warm? Never had that before, and the container was 2/3 full, plus it didn't have kale, which Ibelieve they put in their coleslaw. The Nashville chicken sandwich tasted no spicier than the original, and the chicken stripswere extremely generic tasting. I'm glad I went with the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and not the higher levels of heat. When they say hot they mean it!... Good, crispy chicken. Soft, fresh bread. Really good amount of heat! The Mac and cheese wasn't bad either, even though I had itdelivered through uber eats, so it wasn't quite as hot as I would normally prefer. Over all, pretty good! Maybe some slightlyless spicy options would be good for people with lower tolerance who still like a good kick. Read more
