Wonderful venue, great food, staff are solicitous. If you appreciate good wine and food pairings they have knowledgeable staff... who make recommendations and a wine list that includes unusual (hard to find) vintages. I love the evenings they have live musicin the bar. The new lounge is a great space to enjoy conversation. I think this would be a superb venue for a wedding or otherfamily function (we have a family dinner at Christmas every year and it never disappoints). I look forward to all events at thisclub. A very pleasant experience indeed. The staff were very accommodating and gracious.
Rideau club discriminates against religious beliefs. I went for an interview and as soon as I walked in they start asking me... about vaccination status. The reception lady was very strange and seemed disgusted that I said that I was Christian and do notbelieve in needles, tattoos or piercings. I would recommend staying away from this place in regards to food and work. Theyclearly don't understand the Canadian values of equal opportunity and inclusivity. Read more
