We stopped in to get some nourishment and pleasantly greeted as soon as we approche the conter by Seb. He was helpful in... seasonal suggestions ans customized our drinks to our liking with accuracy. Then Maribeth made our drinks in no time and exactlyhow we 'd asked Seb they'd be made. It isn't simply about the beverage(s), but the friendly staff, the personal interactions,and the feeling you get when you are being served so kindly and professionally. I used to go to this Starbucks all the time when I worked next door (for over 4 years). Since the change of management, it has... gone downhill in quality and customer service. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of some of thestaff that remember me and give me great service (for example, Gabbie). Read more
Worst location in the city by a landslide. Terrible customer service coupled with constant mistakes and unapologetic employees.... They always blame being busy on the lack of staff they have, but for years I?ve seen them refuse to put more people on the shiftto help negate this. Will never be returning and will be filing a complaint with corporate as this is the 5th or 6th timethey?ve been unable to fulfill an order, never apologized and blamed everything but themselves on why it happened. Usually pretty good when i go there but the manager is pretty snarky. Next time i wont hesitate to tell her off. You shouldnt be... having an attitude with customers. Thats your business and the fact that i was waiting in line and instead of saying excuse meim just gonna hand them their coffee she calls them out and puts their coffee right where i was so i obviously had to move butmaybe you should learn manners and how to handle yourself considering you have the biggest responsibility there.
