I am so glad to stumble upon this little gem - I wanted to snack on something light yet filling. I ordered rice wraps, one beef... and the other shrimp. I?m glad it was made on the spot per order and not in advance. I was extremely pleased, it was reallyfresh and yummy! It was so delicious, I devoured them instantly?.I wish I took pictures before for this review Simpleingredients- fresh mint, carrots, lettuce, cucumber and my protein cooked to perfection. 06/02/22 I?m updating my review. They make their bread from scratch now. I could smell the aroma of fresh bread from down the... street and asked them about it. The dough is fermented and baked daily in-house. Makes the world of a difference and I thinktheir banh mis are PHENOMENAL. They?re always quick and a great grab n go for lunch. Read more
I am a chef for 30 years in Ottawa. I have tried a few banh mi placed in Ottawa and I must admit Westboro Subs is our favorite... spot banh mi in Ottawa! I like all the flavors (beef, chicken, pork) the subs is just so yummy. Baguette sandwich made freshin front of you. We also had vermicelli with grilled pork and grilled chicken with spring rolls and it's delicious!! Worth themoney!! Very friendly people & good customer service. Love seeing more Bánh Mì shops popping up in the city!!! I really enjoyed the food from Westboro Sub. I ordered their assorted... subs with a Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
