Staff was friendly but manager was rude to other worker
About a ten minute wait didn't get my fries and my tenders were 100 % raw I have pictures to prove it

Esebia was very nice the entire drive thru process from the speaker to the window, to even handing the order to us after we... pulled forward! They were about to close so I?m excited to see she had an upbeat attitude with my friend, my daughter and I theentire time. Seems like she was the only one working! Give her a raise and a promotion because she deserves it! When I forgot toadd something she was able to do it at the window as well. I just moved here not too long ago so that was my first experience ofIowans customer service and I am very pleased. She had a smile on her face the entire time so that was very nice to see even ifthey were about to close and she likely had been working for a while at that point already. Food was good!
