The remodel is welcome and a nice update to the College lanes. However, the attitude and service of the staff is something to... improve on. We came with open wallets and open hearts but the disgruntled employees made us feel not welcome. I look forward toimproved service on our next visit, but today was certainly a let down. Read more

For our special event, the entire team was friendly and ready-to-go when we arrived. We had a lot of ongoing questions, and they... were promptly addressed. Everyone was very patient with us and had great ideas about how to make it an enjoyable evening for ourgroup. They truly went above and beyond!! I'd like to acknowledge Tina who helped us select the package and patiently fieldedlots of follow-up questions, Riley the manager, who fielded many questions all night and was very patient and helpful, James andCooper who were very friendly and thoughtful about the timing of the refreshments and even allowed us to split the pizza optioninto two different kinds, and they checked on us often, and last but not least, Ellen who tended bar and took care of everybodyso that they could relax and have a good time! My family and I went bowling a couple wks ago at a diff facility & enjoyed bowling for under $40 We decided to try here last... night and our experience was quite different.Spent $70 on food alone! Appetizer platter, small soda, pitcher, & an order offries. We still had to stop on way home for food bc still hungry but $ way too much. The price to bowl was another $65 for a 2yrold & 3 adults.
