We came to this Fazoli?s location, because the Olathe store was permanently closed. As we were walking in, a young lady was... looking for the door dash person who had ordered. She held the door for us as we entered. She did warn us that the oven wasreheating (power outage), so baked meals would not be available. While we were choosing what to order, the general manager,James, was yelling at her about not locking the doors when the power went out, there wouldn?t be anyway to take the ordersbecause of the computer being down? etc (all while we were standing there watching). The reason I rated it 3 stars was so thatyou realize we had zero issues with the store not being able to serve us. The lady on the drive thru didn't listen very well. They have the meals numbered and I ordered by number abd she still got... Spagetti and Meatballs mixed up with Spaghetti and Meat Sauce. I also ordered a salad with French dressing for which theycharged me, but didn't put it in the sack which I can only assume was tied shut so I wouldn't notice until I got home! NOTcool!!!
