Great experience. Food was excellent, restaurant was very clean, staff was very friendly (just like in Hawaii). Not quite... authentic Hawaiian flavor but an excellent attempt, especially for being in Kansas! If there was a Hawaiian Bros. back home I?ddefinitely go based on this experience. I read some reviews about the mac salad being too mayonnaise-y. It?s served that way atall the plate lunch food trucks/shops in Hawaii. Reducing the mayo would reduce the Hawaiian flair. Read more

I got the a large Kilauea Chicken for $14. It?s delicious and plenty of food! This will easily be enough leftovers for a second... meal.
