I did not go to KFC, I went to Taco Bell. It was my first experience with having to do it all by computer. I prefer giving my... order to a real person, I prefer some human interaction. I used to loooooove their chicken sandwich. Better than anyone else's. But today I got a bag with fries thrown in the bottom -... cold. Sandwich - cold. And the wrong drink. Attempted to go through the drive through at 5:30 on 10/2/22. No one replied when I pulled up to the drive through. Waited a... minute or two and asked if any one was there. Someone said they would be right with me. 5 minutes later I asked if anyone wasthere and did not get a response. The person behind me in line left and so did I.
