Our first and last time here. We were not impressed from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess by far was not friendly... and welcoming and barely spoke two words to us. We were not informed of any other beer options other than on tap, let alone anyother drink options than on the extra drink paper menu. Our server, Melissa took about 10 minutes before she even greeted us, wecame in about 4:00 pm on a Saturday so not too busy. We quickly noticed socializing appeared to be her priority. Once wereceived our food we had to flag her down to get assistance as she never checked on us. She didn't even take the time toremember what my husband was drinking. The food, well, as you'll see from the picture, not much was eaten from my pizza. I LOVEpizza, it is practically its own food group to me, so I am particular when it comes to how my pizza is made. This in no way evencame close to hitting the mark. Here is where it missed the mark: 1. Cauliflower crust - really over cooked, and everycauliflower crust I've ever had has much more flavor as well, like Spin Pizza. 2. Garlic cream sauce - should actually tastelike there is garlic in it. 3. Chicken - no seasoning let alone salt 4. Pineapple- crushed Pineapple on pizza and not a highquality brand at that which makes for super watery Pineapple Melissa did apologize for my pizza being disgusting, and said"I'll take that off your bill!" When she came back with our bill, she had taken $10.50, off the bill. My pizza had the followingcost 8" pizza - $10 Cauliflower crust - $4 Each additional topping $1 Chicken Prosciutto 2x Pineapple Roasted yellowonion Provolone So that is $21! If you say you're going to take it off the bill and you don't have that ability, then talk toyour manager. (See Bill picture below) Hence why she got a $3 tip, poor service and lack of follow through on her promise thatshe offered and we didn't even ask for at all.
