I don?t even know where to start. These guys in the store are so lazy it?s not even funny. As soon as I would call the store, it... would ring a few times and I could visually see the employee in the store push a button on the phone and it would direct me tothe Pizza Hut call center, where somebody from there would then mark that I was there for car side pick up. I called the firsttime and after 10 minutes I still hide not receive my order. So after 10 mins of waiting, I called again, the employee on thephone had to put me on hold, call the store phone, let the LAZY employee know inside the store that I had been waiting outside,and he brought it out in less than a minute. Absolutely worst customer experience at any company in a long time. The young man who helped me was extremely rude, short, and... made it abundantly clear he did not care to do anything to help. I've called corporate and Hut Rewards--I am 52, gray hair, andgot impression he thought I had no idea how to work the app. I've used the Pizza Hut app for prob 10 years and it was a pointredemption issue I've since learned. My 16-year-old son even said he thought the "manager" helping us didn't give 2 cares tohelp in any remote way. Love Pizza Hut, hands down best since I was a kid. That borderline ruined it for me. How hard is it to read an order? It?s to a point where you?re lucky if you get everything you ordered, and correctly at that.
