I went in today (9/16/22) for a interview with who I believe is the owner, Joan. From the time the interview had actually... started I was instantly belittled and insulted in a very passive aggressive way. The day before I had met with Jim who wasfairly professional and seemed like a nice man but Joan was very unprofessional. Coming from someone who has conductedinterviews and hired employees onto my own team it was very surprising. I wouldn't have even talked to a teenage new hire likethat let alone someone who was just there for an interview. I had almost instantly decided the interview was over and did notwant to cause a fuss so I simply walked out. This place seems like they almost have no regard for their employees or customers(stemming from the reviews left on their Google page). I hope them the best but am truly surprised at how unprofessional it is.For the time being I advise to not work here until they can learn to be more professional and handle their interviews with graceand be kind to future employees if they want to keep turn over low. I have shopped here for lots of accessories, but will never shop here again and after reading the reviews I don?t know why... anyone would, the owner comments tell you all you need to know never in the wrong and fairly snarky to say the least. My motherin law bought a griddle top to go on top of my gas grill but wasn?t what I wanted (this was towards the end of June) they closedup shop July 2nd due to moving. So couple months later after they have opened at the new location I went in to return it in thesame box still brand new, well no return policies now after 14 days, I couldn?t return it because you moved?. Well we can giveyou a store credit or another griddle ok you don?t have what I want let?s just return it?. They won?t and insisted on the instore credit. Over the last ~20 years I've purchased 2 smokers, a lot of fuel and many, many accessories from Smoke n Fire. I was in today to... pick up some accessories. I overheard an exchange between the owner and a customer who was asking questions. The owner becameshort with him and belittled him for being unsure about what he needed. The customer had done nothing to provoke such aresponse. I was stunned by the owner's behavior. I decided I could not in good conscience support his business anymore, and Ileft without making a purchase. Read more

Very nice set up with friendly staff. Good set up of products on the open floor. Huge selection of bbq rubs, sauces, grills,... smokers, and accessories.
