This happened months ago but I just remembered thanks to an article I saw about an entitled starbucks worker who just threw a... customer's change into the tip jar instead of giving it to her directly. Months ago I ordered a meal and paid in cash instead ofcard as usual and the drive thru cashier (white male, thin, looked kinda sketch/sus if you know what I mean) said my change "wasonly" like 53 cents and asked if I'd like to let him keep it. I was so flabbergasted he just boldly said that instead of givingme my change back like 99.9% other drivers thru cashiers do that my mind froze and I couldn't process what he just said. I justsaid "uh sure..." and he kept it sure enough. It was the audacity that effed me up, I've never had a cashier just feel entitledto keep my money instead of give it back when they didn't even go above and beyond their normal job duties or anything. Theyliterally just handed me the food I ordered and felt they deserved to keep my change as a tip. I'll never forget that happenedand I suggest you tell employees that's unacceptable behavior toward customers. People tip if you did something outside your jobrole AND they feel you deserve it. To just assume you deserve it and ask to keep it is shocking and rude and gross and shouldn'thappen. Period. Read more
Wow! If I could give 0 stars, I would! The girl at the drive thru was hard to hear. She was very impatient and had no problem... showing her annoyance in her voice and attitude. Should not be working with the public. We ordered chicken tenders. She didn'task if we wanted fries or tots, we ended up with tots and onion rings. She loudly sighed when we asked for sauces. When we askedfor napkins, we were told in a snotty voice that they were in the bottom of the bag. Keep her employed if you don't wish toremain in business. Read more
Drove in with a mini bus full of kids with a huge drink order and the manager came right out to assist us. I feel a little bad... for freaking out her staff, but they were wonderful! This is also the only Sonic in the area I would dare try to pull into withmy 36 passenger bus, has a nice open lot that can be easily driven through in larger vehicles. Read more
Consistently the poorest run Sonic in the area for years at this point. I come back every 6 months or so after a Costco run to... order something simple to see of management has changed or helped train their employees better. Slow, unknowledgable, poorcustomer experience. Read more

Nothing I cherish more then getting off work hungry and coming to this location to find everyone here is beyond stressed out... with lack of help.
