Obviously, call ahead and pickup is a huge part of their business. In front of the building are three parking spaces. One is handicap and the other two are for open parking. So, for most of those calling ahead and picking up or just wanting to go in and order and leave, there are two spaces available at the front entrance. Of those two open spaces, one of the employess parks his Tesla there the entire time he is working, thus leaving only one space for parking in front of the building. Just doesn't seem very professional to me for an employee to tie up a prime parking space while he is working. Others have noticed this same thing and have mentioned to me as well. Anyone else agree?

The staff are absolutely delightful, but for whatever reason the drinks always upset my stomach. Won't stop me from getting my caffeine though!

This place has gone down hill sooooooooooo fast. It takes 45 minutes for the staff to prepare anything. People are rude. Half the time the drink is made wrong - and God forbid you ask for a sleeve for your scorching hot coffee, you?ll end up with a grunt and sigh from the person at the window. DO NOT get in the drive thru unless you want to wait an hour.

The night shift employee working 11/10 was very rude. I came at 7:55 pm, and i thought the place closes at 9 pm. She told me that they close at 8 pm due to low staffing and she asked me to leave right away. As it was raining heavily, i asked her that i need a minute to let the rain slow down before i leave the place, she refused and asked me to stand outside if i need. This is very unprofessional.

I have hesitated to write this review for over a month now. I continue to frequent this location thinking that the last experience was just a fluke. Today I was watching the frustrated mobile app customers that were all waiting on their order. The male barista had 0 sense of urgency or concern that one lady had been standing there for 20 minutes and then told her that they did not have her order. She kindly pointed to the sticker that was posted on the counter and said "there is is, it says Mary". He then fixed 2 other orders before he got to hers. Meanwhile, I did not get my order for another 10 minutes. When I asked about my order, he was condescending and then proceeded to make 2 more orders before he got to mine. Terrible customer service skills from the same barista for over a month. Just terrible.

as i was ordering my drink at the speakerbox, the barista says "dios mio! with the sugar in this drink youre ready to run a marathon" in this rude and demeaning tone. as a starbucks barista i am beyond disappointed with this service. i have been trained how to deliver the face and representation of this company and i know this is not how you do it. this barista only charged us, then left us at an open window. i ordered an iced espresso with cold foam, i didnt think i needed to be at the window for 6 min. disgusting.

Awful! I ordered a 10 pump iced Chai. What I received has about 4 pumps in it. The whipped cream is better than the last time at this location, but it's still not sweet. I at least got some cinnamon on top this time. The price you pay for powders is exorbitant (I usually use my stars). The app also selected this store instead of the one I was closest too. I didn't realize until I pressed order.

Got a full cup of my 3-shot, $5.75 latte, and they followed directions on my $3.75 oatmeal order. It's surprising that I'm surprised that Starbucks gets this right, but other locations have raised prices and don't get orders correct. Sure, they will make it right, if you are standing in the store but there is No way to make it right once I pickup and leave a store when traveling or in my home territory. Most of my customers are starting to request treats from other places that offer more accurate service. My order history reflects this... However, This store Did everything correctly. Well done.
