Just a heads up this location doesn?t honor subway coupons. They have a huge sign that says ?mention coupons before ordering?,... so I mentioned my footlong coupon for $5.99. They said that one was fine but had a list of like 3-4 others they don?t honor.Sure enough, I am ringed up and they won?t let me use it. Super frustrating Read more
First time here, not many customers, service was quick, good food, we ate in the store. Would come back.
Subways always great but can't give the Subway Cafe 5 stars because of their hours posted, which they have computer printed out... sign on their door that says Monday-Friday 930a-330p but they Close/locked their doors @ 3p! The Google navigation app says theyclose @ 4p!?? So I did an edit to their hours hopefully they see their mistake & correct it accordingly. Read more
Store is permanently closed as far as I can tell. Nice location, inconsistent staff. Online ordering never "worked". Even if no... customers in store, they hadn't started order until I got in the store. End of December 2019 I ordered online and went to pickit up and the store is now permanently closed as far as I can tell (see pic), yet they charged my card. Gmaps says temporarilyclosed now, but store locator not showing it at all on subway site. When I submitted to corporate customer service to try to geta refund, they told me I'm SOL and need to contact the franchisee. Not sure how to do that when the store is closed.
