This place is AMAZING!!! My fiancé and I recently just moved to the Kansas City area from Las Vegas. I found this place on the... Door Dash app while I was looking for restaurants not to far from the hotel we were staying in until we found a home. I am nowcompletely addicted to this place!!! Their food is extremely tasty, full of flavor, and always fresh. I?ve never had anythingthat didn?t taste good or fresh from there. I?ve eaten there so much in 2 months they know me now ????. I usually get a burritoor bowl with the shredded chicken which does have a little kick to it (FYI I?m a baby when it comes to spicy) but is so packedwith flavor and the chicken is cooked to perfection never dry or undercooked. The queso is so creamy and delicious. I can saygood things about this place all day you just have to try it!! The only thing I wish they would do is open one up in MO,preferably the Blue Springs area so there would be one closer to me, but I will still do that 30 minute drive to Overland Parkjust to get it, it?s THAT good!! We went for lunch on August 31st around 11:30am. This was my fist time visiting Tortilla Ranch and at first glance it?s similar... to Chipotle with the ordering style. Overall the environment feels inviting and comfortable. I ordered a burrito ?enchiladastyle? with spicy chicken. I am super impressed with the flavor and freshness of my lunch! The chicken was perfect texturewithout any of the yucky chewy bits. The chicken was definitely spicy, but very flavorful. I tried a bite of my husbandsshredded beef and that was also flavorful and juicy! The menu is simple, but there are so many different meats, toppings andsauces for various combinations. Finally talked my wife into coming here and she?s already talking about when she can come back! We each got a burrito prepared... enchilada style (sauce and cheese on top and then run through an oven). She had medium sauce and shredded spicy chicken and Ihad mild sauce and shredded beef. We both ate until we were full and still each have enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. Lots of toppings to choose from and the service was quick and friendly!
