I went to this Jeremiah?s and I want to start of by saying the ice cream was delicious. My issue is that when it was my turn to... order a really nice girl took my order and was telling a newer employee what to do (she seemed confused so I assume she?s new).The girl making it had some trouble but that didn?t really bother me until the end when she was putting a lid on the ice cream.She was taking her time in cleaning it when a redhead went up to her and goes ?oh, I just do this? and takes the ice cream thatis now leaking like crazy puts it in a plastic bag and hands it to me as if to say ?this sticky mess is a you problem now?. Iunderstand it?s icecream but it was really disheartening to see someone teaching a newer employee bad habits. If you over servea cup and get Italian ice and ice cream everywhere, please wipe it off. Amazing & friendly staff. We got just 2 minutes before they closed & the staff treated us amazingly. The staff didn't rush use &... were very nice to the our friends from that were here visiting from another state. My friend's were able to get samples & weretreated very respectfully. Read more
