After a long time without visiting here, I came today and the food tastes even better than I remember. I ordered the jerk... chicken lunch special and it was absolutely delicious. You will not find another place any where that will have a $5.99 lunchspecial with food that tastes REAL. So happy I came here for lunch. All this tasty food and a can of soda for $6?? Wow what a great new spot in Oviedo. I got the Jerk Chicken Lunch special which... came with about 2 pieces worth of chicken, rice&beans, plantains, cabbage, and a can of soda. The special is availableMonday-Friday 11am-2pm and a choice of other meats are available. This is more of a take-out place as the food comes in to-goboxes and there?s only one or two tables inside. A Jamaican restaurant opened in Oviedo and It's fantastic! The jerk pork was perfectly spiced, the cabbage was crisp and... delicious, and the rice and peas were perfect; I'll definitely be returning to try more menu items!
