if i could give zero i would. i came in on a weekend to get gas and food, they were having a problem with the pump i prepaid... outside and had to go in to tell them it wasnt working, then they proceeded to charge my card 7 different times, ( 2 $1 charges,2 $35 charges, 2 $51 charges & a $2 charge ) i only made two out of 7 of these purchases. i spoke with a manager who said shewas gonna reverse the transactions and it should reappear in 10-15 mins. that did not happen, went back in & was told to contactmy bank & see how long that takes on their end. it wasnt until today that when i checked my account, all the charges were off myaccount except the legitimate ones made, BUT i only had $32 refunded out of $123 that was originally taken from my account onthat weekend from wawa. i contacted my bank who told me at this point since they can no longer see the 5 extra charges as theywere dropped, if the full amount wasnt refunded, that was a mistake on wawas end and there was nothing they could do to file aclaim whatsoever. i then called wawa and explained, where they then told me i was only charged for gas and food that night andall those extra charges were on hold and shouldve returned in full to my account. i explained i was missing a significant amountof that refund and the response i got was ?well ive never seen that in my career.? yea, well ive never seen such a wellrespected establishment take money and not refund the full amount. guess i wont get groceries this week. thanks a lot wawa. I am up north girl. Been loving my best life in Florida for about 19 years, my biggest complaint was the bread until Wawa came... back into my life ??. Love love there rolls and pretzels. Who doesn't love a little Philly in what I now call home. Don't forgetthe sweet peppers!!!!!. Read more

Most of the time wawa's are good stores this one however is always a disappointment. Every time I go they're out of certain... drinks or they don't have breakfast sandwiches ready. Other wawas always have plenty of the avaiable products. this one alwaysseems to be missing things. That can only be attributed to poor management and a poor workforce. As worker myself, I come inthere needing things to be ready to provide me the services I need and I always end out going someplace else.
